Event experiences

Event Experiences trial out some new ideas and some favourites. They are on set days for you to book on and meet other people.

When you come to an Experience, you won't be watching me cook and taking notes; you will be hands on and doing everything yourself. The peak of your learning occurs when you actively participate, and at F.Oh.Oh.D, all Experiences are based on the principle of creating while comprehending why.
We will not follow a specific recipe for you to take away, as you will learn a skill to remember and adapt so when we have finished, you know how to do it again with confidence.
There are usually four spaces available on each Experience and these include:
- 2-3 hours of hands on learning/cooking (See event description for specific durations)
- A complimentary drink on arrival, including freshly ground coffee, a choice of teas or cold drinks*
- All your ingredients and equipment is provided, including an apron
- A small handmade snack from F.Oh.Oh.D
- Fresh olives
- Your lunch/supper**
- A certificate of your achievement
- Full summary notes from your learning
* Non alcoholic drinks only
**This will be the food that we create, sometimes additional items will be added to supplement smaller makes.
Please note, Event dates are subject to change or removal until a booking is confirmed. Once an event is booked, the date will be secured and will not be changed.

Morning
Gnocchi

This less popular Italian dish sometimes gets a bad rap, as they can be tricky to get right. Light, pillowy, yet full of flavour with a little bite, Gnocchi is a lovely alternative to pasta, which we will pair with the freshly made pesto you will also make, served with some pelati cherry tomatoes and grilled chicken.

Make some proper Indian comfort food, with a beautifully rich vegetarian Dal, packed full of flavour and protein without any meat. Made along side some moreish Indian lentil pakodas, these savoury almost doughnut style snacks are flavourful and tasty.
Both of these are great to make and easy to tailor to your tastes.

Come and learn how to make everyone's favourite starter, completely from scratch. Prep, cook, roll, make and most definitely gobble your own dumplings.
