Booking
All bookings must be made and paid for by an adult (over the age of 18).
Under 18's are welcome on our experiences and lessons, though a parent/guardian must make the booking and have made contact prior to the date.
Cancellations
The cancellation & refund policy on Experience and Lesson bookings are as follows.
Cancelling in full
- If cancelling 30 days or more before the date of your booking, a 90% refund will apply.
- If cancelling between 29 and 7 days before the date of your booking, a 50% refund will apply.
- No refunds are applicable if cancelling with less than 7 days notice.
Date change
If you are unable to attend your booked date but wish to move to an alternative:
- If revised date is confirmed 30 days or more before your original booking date, no fee will apply
- If revised date is confirmed between 29 and 2 days before your booking, a £20 fee per booking will apply (covering ingredients and preparation costs).
- If contact is made the day before, on, or after the date of your booking, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
When re-arranging a booking, an e-voucher will be issued for you to use. This will include any fee deductions, and must be used within 3 months.
Refunds
Once you have made contact to amend your booking and you have received a response, your request will be evaluated relating to the guidelines outlined above and the appropriate refund will be processed.
Your refund will be sent back via the method used to pay and may take up to five working days to complete.
Late refund or response
In the case of your communications not being picked up within five days of you sending (due to scheduled holidays etc), considerations will be taken in to account to make sure you receive the correct refund.
Reduced price items
The price of the refund will reflect the amount paid for the service/product.
Exchanges
If you wish to change your booking to another person in your place, please contact us to arrange this and confirm any dietary requirements and other details.
Gifts
If an Experience is bought for another person as a gift, the responsibility of the booking stays with the customer that purchased the product, not the consumer.
All gift cards/vouchers purchased must be used within one year from the date it was activated (selected at purchase).
You have 14 days from receiving your voucher/card if to cancel your order for a refund on the amount of voucher. Refunds excludes any delivery or gift card costs.
Vouchers
- Vouchers can be redeemed for or towards any type of experience at F.Oh.Oh.D.
- Vouchers must be redeemed by the person they are purchased for and not resold.
- Vouchers must be used by the date stated on the voucher information. This will be a year from the 'activation date' which was selected when purchased.
- A voucher can be used to make a booking for an Experience which takes place after the expiry date of the voucher, so long as the booking is made before the voucher expiry date.
Online Shop Returns Policy (UK)
In accordance with UK consumer law, customers have the right to return retail items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in an unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without first contacting us by email. Refunds will be made within three working days of item being returned and received.
