Fine Dining
Sometimes you want to elevate your cooking to the next level and create something that not only tastes delicious, but looks special too. Our hands-on Fine Dining experience teaches a range of skills, and ideas for preparation and cooking that can be done in advance of plating, enabling you to serve calmly, confidently and without last-minute panic.
If you'd like to host a dinner party without the manic stress of running around the kitchen all evening, preferring to feel calm and spend the evening with your guests, then this experiences teaches you how to be in control.

The smell of success...
After a warm welcome drink from our menu of teas and freshly ground barista style coffees, we’ll introduce the course outline and get started. You will:
- Learn how to break down your meal and plan each stage accordingly
- Understand what elements of each dish can be prepared in advance, learning skills to impart in to daily cooking and preparation
- Prepare and enhance individual ingredients and elements of a meal
- Use simple and advanced cooking techniques to elevate ingredients
Once you have created and pre-prepared all the elements of your dishes, we clear away, ready for service. When you are ready, you will finish the final parts of your dish, plate and enjoy in our dining room.
You are welcome to take away any leftover ingredients or food with you.
Evening bookings may have some elements of this experience reduced or provided as demonstrations.
