Description
This set of three rolling pin guides allows you to effortlessly roll out your pastry or dough to a desired thickness. No lumps, bumps or undulations, just an even thickness across the whole dough.
Made with English white oak, then oiled and waxed for a food safe protection, these strips are firm so do not bend or change shape under pressure, like silicon options. Durable and easy to clean with a simple wipe down (as with all wood products, avoid soaking in water for too long).
They come in three most commonly used heights for rolling dough; 100mm, 60mm & 40mm.
These are a really simple tool but make so much difference. We use them in the pastry experience to achieve great results.
