Though this knife is a little heavier than others, it is well balanced meaning it’s easy to use, and work through whatever you’re cutting easily.
I use Flint and Flame knives in my kitchen and this chef knife in particular, I’ve used for over 11 years. It is still just as nice to use as it was when I purchased it! I’m excited to be able to work with them and to sell their knives.
